Short answer: Miller Manufacturing lists the Little Giant 70 quart muck tub at 21.75 inches across (not counting the handles) and 17.25 inches high, holding 70 quarts (17.5 gallons). The 40 quart tub is 18 inches across and 14 inches high, holding 40 quarts (10 gallons). In metric that is about 55 × 44 cm and 66 litres for the 70 quart, and about 46 × 36 cm and 38 litres for the 40 quart.
Muck tubs and flex tubs are sold in American quarts and gallons, which makes sizes hard to picture if you think in litres. This page sets out the maker's own dimensions for the Little Giant tubs we list, converts them, and lists the Tuff Stuff tubs and carts we carry. The metric figures are our arithmetic on the maker's US figures (1 US quart = 0.946 L, 1 US gallon = 3.785 L, 1 inch = 2.54 cm), rounded to one decimal.

Miller's product page for the Little Giant Muck Tub gives the 70 quart size as "70 Quart: 21.75 inch diameter (exclusive of handles) by 17.25 inch high, holds 70 quarts (17.5 gallons)."
That converts to about 55.2 cm across and 43.8 cm high, and about 66.2 litres.
How big is a 40 quart muck tub?
The same Miller page gives the smaller size as "40 Quart: 18 inch diameter (exclusive of handles) by 14 inch high, holds 40 quarts (10 gallons)."
That converts to about 45.7 cm across and 35.6 cm high, and about 37.9 litres.

Miller lists the muck tubs as "Made from high-density polyethylene". For the HP650, Miller's page says "18 inch diameter by 8 inch high, holds 6.5 gallons." and describes it as a rubber tub "with molded-in handles for easy carrying".
