A 66 L (70 quart) moulded tub with grips at the rim, made for mucking out, hauling feed and carrying what a pail will not hold.
Details
The pail is too small and the wheelbarrow will not fit down the aisle. That is the gap this fills. It takes 66 L (70 quarts, or 17.5 gallons), which is roughly a stall of bedding or a good load of shavings, and it drags along a concrete floor without complaint. It measures 53 cm across and 41 cm deep (21 by 16 inches), moulded from 100 percent recycled low-density polyethylene. That is a soft, flexible plastic on purpose. It takes a hit in the cold rather than cracking, and it flexes when it comes off the back of a truck instead of splitting down a seam. Green is the workhorse colour and it hides mud better than most. The grips moulded into the rim let two people carry it loaded, or one person drag it when carrying is not worth the effort. It also drops into the TH300 muck cart if you would rather wheel it than haul it. Any polyethylene left in full sun for years eventually goes chalky and brittle. Stored under cover between jobs, this will outlast a great deal of what is around it.
