Insulators
Choose the insulator that fits the post and the conductor; the insulators on this page are grouped below by what they mount on. For T-posts: Patriot ring, pinlock, head, 50 mm tape and 12.5 cm distance insulators, plus screw-on gate-handle, rope-corner and tape-corner insulators. For wood posts: Corral screw-in ring, claw, nail-on claw, nail-on with knob, offset pigtail, easy tape clip, 40 mm tape, corner and distance, super corner rope, gate and Highland wire insulators, and a premium tape and cable tensioner insulator. For rod posts: Corral Vario Classic ring and Vario Plus claw screw-on insulators, spare fibreglass-post insulators and a screw bit for ring insulators. Corners and ends need strain insulators for rope or wire, and Speedrite supplies bullnose porcelain and end-strain insulators. Pack sizes run from 2-pack blisters to 100-count bags. For Manitoba Agriculture's insulator, grounding and voltage guidance, see our guide Electric Fence Supplies Checklist: Ground Rods, Insulators, Gates and Testers.
