Y-Tex makes the All-American two-piece ear tag system and the one-piece Y-Tag. On pipestonefarmsupply.ca the Y-Tex range covers All-American combo blanks in size 1 (yellow), 3 medium and 4 large in 25-packs, All-American female buttons, the All-American swine tag, one-piece Y-Tag calf and cow blanks, SheepStar combo blanks, LittleStar swine tags in yellow, and pre-printed feedlot tags numbered 1 to 1000. GardStar Plus insecticide ear tags are also listed; they are regulated as pesticides by Health Canada, so read the label for the species, the number of tags per animal and the season they are meant for. Applicators and consumables: the Ultra Tagger Plus and the Ultra Tagger Compact for two-piece tags, replacement Ultra Tagger Plus pins, a one-piece applicator and the Y-Tex tag ink marker for writing numbers on blank tags. These are visual management tags; CCIA-approved RFID tags for traceability are a separate product.
