Yellow bobbins do the same work as the black ones and add something worth having on a temporary or seasonal fence: you can see where the corners are. When you are laying out strip grazing across a quarter and coming back to move it in a week, hardware you can pick out from the truck saves time. Same story for anybody else working the place who did not put the fence up. The bobbin lets the conductor wrap around a rounded body rather than kink over a fixed edge, which spreads the load at the point where the pull changes direction. It takes poliwire or plain steel and aluminum wire, and it mounts to wood posts, metal pipe or T-posts. Ten to a bag. On a rotational setup with a lot of turns, this is the cheap way to corner a fence without building a braced assembly at every change of direction. Keep a bag with the reels and posts so you are not improvising a corner with a length of wire and hoping it holds.
