Power cords on farm equipment lead a hard life. They get pinched in doors, chewed by rodents in a pumphouse, dragged across concrete, and stiffened by cold until the insulation cracks. On a mains energizer, a damaged cord is not something to tape up and carry on with. This is the correct replacement cord for the 36,000RS. Using the manufacturer's cord matters on a unit of this size, because the conductor rating and the connector at the energizer end both need to be right, and a substituted cord is a fire and shock risk in a building that is often full of dry hay or bedding. While the cord is out, it is worth checking what it plugs into. A large energizer in a shed on a long, tired extension run will underperform and can nuisance-trip. Give it a proper circuit, keep the plug up off the floor where a wet spring will not find it, and if the old cord failed at the energizer end rather than the plug, have a look at the strain relief and the case entry before you fit the new one.
