Speedrite lcd board
A replacement LCD display board for Speedrite energizers, for units where the panel has failed but the energizer itself still works.
Details
The display is how you read what the energizer is doing: output voltage, fence voltage, fault indication. On a unit with a dead screen you are working blind even though it may still be putting out full power. Replacing the board restores the readout without replacing the whole energizer. Screens fail for ordinary reasons. Cold is hard on LCDs, condensation gets into panels on units mounted in unheated sheds, and vibration eventually works connections loose. If your energizer is still ticking and shocking properly but the display has gone blank, faint or garbled, the board is the likely culprit. Speedrite does not publish a per-serial fitment chart for display boards, and the same visual style of panel is used across more than one model generation. Confirm against your unit's model and serial plate before ordering, and if you are not certain, take the model number off the back of the case and check before the board goes in. Fit it with the unit unplugged, and give the ribbon connector a careful look while you have the case open.
