Plenty of chutes were built before anyone thought about weighing in them. The frame has no flat pad in the right place, the feet sit where the load bars need to go, and bolting bars straight to it either will not work or will not read true. Brackets are the adaptor between the two. The set contains two brackets, enough for one pair of HD1010 load bars, made to carry the chute frame on the bars so the full weight transfers cleanly through the weighing system. The same brackets also suit HD5T bars, which is worth knowing if a heavier bar is being considered for the same chute. Check the chute first. A good number of squeeze chutes now leave the factory scale ready, with mounting points already in the frame, and those need no brackets at all. Where brackets are required, confirm the fit against your chute make and model before ordering, since a pattern that suits one manufacturer will not necessarily suit another. Load bars are sold separately. HD1010 bars carry 3000 kg (6600 lb) across the pair and are built for permanent installations, so plan on anchoring the finished assembly to a level concrete pad rather than setting it on dirt.
