Speedrite main module (1000, 2000, 3000)
The replacement main module covering the Speedrite 1000, 2000 and 3000 energizers, for bringing a failed unit back into service.
Details
On the smaller Speedrite energizers the main module is the heart of the unit, and it is usually what has gone when a unit powers up but will not put out. Replacing it is a genuine repair path rather than a make-do, and it keeps a serviceable case, transformer and mounting in use. The common causes here are a lightning surge that got past the internal rod, water ingress in a unit mounted somewhere it should not have been, or long-term stress from running into a heavy fault. If the unit lives in an unheated shop or a pumphouse that swings from plus thirty to minus thirty five, condensation over the years is worth ruling out. This module is listed for the 1000, 2000 and 3000 series. Because these units have run through more than one production generation and Speedrite does not publish a per-serial fitment table, confirm against your unit's model and serial plate before ordering. Work on it unplugged, with the capacitors discharged, and if you are not set up for that, bring the energizer in.
