Buying a separate gun for drenching, for pour-on and for injecting means three tools to store, three to clean and three sets of parts to keep track of. In practice two of them sit idle while the third wears out. This kit is the alternative: one 15 mL Optimiser applicator and the nozzles to switch it between all three jobs. What is in the box is a 15 mL Optimiser injector with a 15 mL applicator barrel, a 90 mm metal drench nozzle, a plastic pour-on nozzle, a 990 mm (39 in) tube, three draw-off caps in 20 mm, 27 mm and 30 mm, four detectable alloy needles in 16 gauge by 13 mm (1/2 in), and a spare O-ring. Dose is reverse selectable from 1 mL to 15 mL in 0.5 mL increments, and it covers cattle, sheep and swine. Change nozzles with the barrel empty, and match the draw-off cap to the bottle neck before the run starts rather than partway through. The needles and the O-ring are consumables and will go first, while the nozzles and barrel should last a long time if the gun is flushed with warm water instead of left with product drying in it.
