Simcro 2ml STF b/m syringe (2b bc)
A 2 mL selectable-dose injector that mounts straight onto the bottle, keeping the whole outfit in one hand.
Details
There is a simple argument for a bottle-mount gun in tight quarters: nothing trails behind you. No tube to catch under a gate, no bottle on the ground to kick over, and nothing to untangle when you swap pens. The whole outfit travels as one piece and can be set down on a rail between animals. This is the 2 mL barrel, with a selectable dose collar and a bottle collar that carries the bottle on the gun. Two millilitres is the size most often reached for on smaller stock and on the lighter end of cattle work, and the smaller barrel keeps the assembly balanced even with a full bottle aboard. The one habit worth building is checking the bottle collar for tightness through the day, especially in the heat, because a loose collar drips down the barrel and onto your hand. At the end of the run, take the barrel off, flush it with warm water and let it dry apart. What goes through it, and how much of it, is for your veterinarian and the product label to determine.
