The 60 is the one that ends up doing everything. Big volume work on mature cattle, yes, but also drawing and measuring, filling other equipment, flushing, and oral dosing into calves and small stock where you slip a tube or an oral tip onto the end and never fit a needle at all. The push-on tip suits that flexibility: whatever you are putting on the end goes on and comes off in a second. Clear polypropylene barrel with large graduations, latex free, sterile and single use in tamper-evident packaging. If you are using it with a needle, understand what a full 60ml plunger can do. That is the most force of any syringe in the range behind a friction-fit tip, and a push-on needle will let go if you are working against thick fluid or a fine bore. For that work take the luer lock. For oral dosing and filling, where you are not fighting resistance, the slip tip is the better tool. Have the animal held properly either way; a full 60 is awkward. One use, then bin it, and put it in a sharps container if a needle was fitted. Route and dose come from your veterinarian or the label.
