Thirty-five millilitres is a lot of syringe. It is for jobs on grown cattle where the volume is genuinely large and you do not want to redraw partway through, or handle the same animal twice. Full, it wants both hands and a settled cow. The slip tip means the needle pushes on and pulls off without threading, which keeps needle changes fast through a long run. Clear polypropylene barrel with large graduations, latex free, sterile and single use in tamper-evident packaging. At this volume the friction fit is doing the most work it will ever do. There is real force behind a full 35ml plunger, and if the needle is fine or the fluid is thick, a push-on hub can separate. Seat it hard and straight, check it every time, and go to the luer lock version if you are doing this kind of volume routinely or in cold weather when everything thickens up. Get the animal properly caught before you start rather than chasing her with a full barrel. Use once, bin the whole unit in a sharps container.
