Twenty millilitres is a mature cattle syringe, and at that size it takes two hands once it is full. The slip tip keeps needle changes quick, which is the reason to choose it over a lock when you are running a big group and swapping needles regularly. The barrel is clear polypropylene with large graduations, so you can see what is left without turning it to the light. Latex free, sterile, single use, tamper-evident packaging. Be honest about the pressure you are putting behind it. A full 20ml barrel can generate enough force to walk a friction-fit needle off the tip, particularly if the fluid is thick or the needle is fine or the animal decides to move. Seat the needle firmly, check it between animals, and if you are consistently fighting the plunger, switch to the luer lock version rather than hoping. Cold weather thickens things and makes the problem worse. One use, then the whole unit into a sharps container with the needle attached.
