The same soap as the smaller bottle, twice the volume. This is the size for a place with several saddles, a set of harness, or a lesson barn where tack gets wiped down after every use and a small bottle disappears inside a month. It goes onto a damp sponge and works up into a lather on the leather. Circles, and pay attention to where the dirt actually is — under the jockeys, along the stirrup leathers, on the back of the reins where hands go. Wipe off what you have lifted instead of letting it dry back into the grain. Air dry, then buff. With a jug this size it is worth decanting into a smaller bottle for the tack box and leaving the jug on the shelf. Less to carry, less to knock over, and the main supply stays clean. Glycerine soap cleans; it does not put oil back. Plan the year around that. Soap as often as the tack needs it, oil or condition a couple of times a season, and more often on anything that spends the winter somewhere cold and dry.
