A pyrethrin-based bed bug spray with piperonyl butoxide, which blocks the enzymes insects use to break pyrethrin down and so improves the kill on a population that has seen insecticides before. Follow the label exactly for where it may be applied — treating a mattress surface where the label does not permit it is both unlawful and a health risk to whoever sleeps on it.
