Details
When the netting gets moved often, weight and speed start to matter more than anything else. The single prong post goes into soft or worked ground with one push, comes out with one pull, and the roll is lighter on your shoulder walking it to the next spot. This one stands 106 cm, about 3 ft 6 in, over a 50 m length. The trade-off is honest. One spike gives less resistance to twisting than two, so it is happiest in ground with some give to it and on runs that are reasonably straight. Put your corners on separate support posts and the line posts will stay where you put them. Construction is the same as the rest of the range. Welded knots so the mesh keeps its shape, a reinforced top strand, and tighter spacing through the bottom of the net. Keep the lower strands clear of grass, use enough ground rod for the energizer you are running, and check the fence with a tester rather than assuming it is hot.
