Two objects that are always in the wrong place: a step to reach the top shelf, and something to carry the small tools in. Combining them is not a novelty. It means the step is always wherever the tools are, and both get put away in one motion rather than neither. It is moulded plastic, built to be stood on, with storage in the body and a lid that doubles as the step surface. Turned to its other use it is a seat, which covers clipping, picking out feet, and anything else that takes twenty minutes at knee height. Purple is easy to keep track of in a shop where nothing else is. Set it on level ground before you step up, keep the lid closed so the contents stay put when it gets carried, and wipe it out rather than pressure-washing it. The storage cavity will hold water if you fill it with a hose.
