Not everything needs a big bucket. A measure of supplement, a soaking bit, a handful of grain for a pony, a few litres of warm water for mixing: these are five-quart jobs, and doing them in a twenty-litre pail means carrying mostly air and slopping the rest. This holds 5 quarts, about 4.7 L, in a round moulded body with the handle formed into the rim. Like the rest of the range it is recycled low-density polyethylene, so it stays flexible in the cold and there is no metal on it anywhere to rust. Purple is the sort of colour people assign to something specific and then actually remember. Small buckets in particular get borrowed and wander, so give this one a job.
