Cheap scoops break at the handle. There is usually a glued or riveted joint where the grip meets the bowl, and it lets go the first cold morning somebody drags a full scoop through packed feed. The handle here is part of the same moulding as the bowl, so there is no joint waiting to fail. Capacity is five quarts, about 4.7 L, in recycled low-density polyethylene. The open round bowl fills fast off the top of a bin and scrapes out the last of a bag without you having to lift the bag and tip it. Pink is a practical choice in a barn where equipment gets borrowed, because it is unlikely to be mistaken for anything else and it makes a one-scoop-per-product rule easy to enforce. Wash it out when you change products and store it hanging or upside down rather than sitting bowl-up collecting chaff.
