Five offset pigtail insulators. Each one is a coiled pigtail loop on an offset arm that fixes to a wood post and carries a hot wire out away from the fence line. The offset is the whole idea. Running a single hot wire a foot or so inside an existing barbed or page wire fence means cattle never lean on the fence itself. That is the cheapest way there is to make an old fence last another ten years. The wire stays tight, the staples stay in the posts, and you stop replacing posts that got pushed over one shoulder at a time. Pigtail loops let you drop the wire in and lift it back out by hand, with no threading and no insulator to unbolt. That matters when you need to open a stretch to get equipment through, or when you are hanging wire in November with cold hands. Five to a pack is enough for a corner or a problem stretch; buy by the box if you are doing a whole quarter. Check them after spring melt, because frost heave moves posts and an offset that has rolled over will short on the very fence it is protecting.
