Details
The charger that goes with the Jolt rechargeable prod, sold on its own. The second reason is the better one. Having one at each end of the operation removes the excuse entirely. Keep it out of the wet and off the floor. Mount it on a wall if you can, and hang the cord rather than leaving it coiled where a calf or a cat can get at it. Look the cord over for cracked insulation once in a while, particularly if it has spent a winter in an unheated building. If a battery will not take a charge on a charger you know is good, the battery is the problem.
