Details
The Jolt 100 is the basic handle in the line. It pairs with Jolt flexible prod shafts, sold separately, so you pick the length that suits the alley and tub you have. Buying the handle and a shaft together is the normal way to do it. Whatever handle you own, the prod belongs at the end of the sequence rather than the start. Gates, a paddle, a flag, patience and a yard that flows properly do most of the work, and a crew reaching for the prod constantly usually has a facility problem rather than a cattle problem. Store it inside, pull the batteries if it is going to sit for months, and keep the contacts clean. Cold and damp are what finish these off.
