This is the big solar unit, and it is the one to look at when the fence is a long way from the yard and there is real ground to cover. Output is 3.0 joules with 4.2 joules stored, reading about 10,500 volts unloaded and 6,200 volts into a 500 ohm load. It will run up to ten 50 m rolls of netting, which gives some sense of the load it will carry. A 25 W panel and an 18 Ah battery is the combination that gets a fence through poor weather. The battery management includes deep discharge protection, so a bad week does not leave you with a ruined battery on top of a dead fence. It needs at least three one metre ground rods, and they are sold separately. That is not a suggestion. A three joule unit with one short rod in dry ground will read like a one joule unit. It comes with a mount spike, ground and fence leads and a 115 V charger with clips. Set the panel facing south and brush the snow off it when you go out to check cattle.
