Fences break at the worst time. A branch comes down, a bull leans through, or something catches the line in a wind and you find the break on a Sunday with nothing useful in the truck. This kit is what lives in the glovebox for exactly that. Litzclip connectors work by clamping the conductor against a stainless steel plate inside a plastic cap. You open the caps, feed the ends in, close them, and the joint is done in seconds with no tools. More importantly, the clamped contact carries current properly. A knotted repair looks fine and reads terrible on a tester, because the fine conductors in polywire do not touch each other reliably through a knot. Eight pieces covers a handful of breaks or one bad one where you are splicing in a replacement length. They come apart and go back together, so a clip used for a temporary repair can be reused when you do the job properly. Keep a kit with the fence tester and you will fix a line in five minutes instead of driving home for parts.
