This is the handle and the connection sorted in one purchase. Litzclip is the stainless connector Kerbl builds for joining fence tape, and having it fitted at the handle end means the tape is gripped across its full width instead of being knotted through an eye. That distinction is the whole point. Tape carries its current in fine conductors spread across the band, so a knot crushes most of them and connects almost none. A gate made that way looks fine and reads dead, and the fault is invisible from ten feet away. A proper tape connector keeps every conductor in the circuit, which is what makes the gate as live as the rest of the line. Mechanically it is also the stronger joint. A gate handle takes a hard pull every single time it is used, and tape that is knotted at that point will fray and eventually pull through. Stainless holds up outdoors through freeze-thaw cycles and does not rust into the tape. Use it on the busiest gates first: the yard gate, and whatever gap the cattle come through.
