When a repeater starts weeping around the piston, or the dose quietly drifts away from the setting, the fix is almost always the cylinder and the seals together. Replacing O-rings on a bore that has already been scratched is a false economy, because the new rings wear against the same damage and you are back where you started within a season. This kit is the standard 50 mL cylinder assembly with the O-rings included, which is why it is the sensible part to reach for rather than buying rings on their own. It fits the 50 mL semi-automatic repeaters, covering both the plastic pistol grip and the metal Ezi-Grip, since the two share the same barrel at this capacity. Fitting is a bench job, not a workshop job. The cylinder unscrews from the head, the old O-rings come off the piston, the new ones go on with a smear of applicator lubricant, and the new cylinder threads back on. Do not assemble it dry. Two things to be clear about. It is a rebuild part, so it should be a rare purchase rather than a running cost, and it is 50 mL specific, since 25 mL guns take the 25 mL kit and nothing crosses over. If your gun is running oil-based product, order the oil-base version of this barrel instead.
