The 6 cc size covers a lot of ordinary yard work, and ordinary yard work is exactly where a push-on tip belongs. Nobody wants to be threading a needle onto a collar while a calf stands in the headgate waiting. The tip is a plain luer slip taper. The needle hub presses on, grips by friction, and pulls straight off when you want it gone. That speed is the trade being made: it is the right fitting for healthy stock and free-flowing products, and the wrong one if the barrel is going to need serious pressure behind it. Polypropylene body, prominent moulded graduations, ISO dose volume accuracy. They come ethylene oxide sterilised and sealed, packed a hundred to a box, which is a sensible quantity if this is your everyday size. They are consumables. Use one, dispose of it in a sharps container, and do not try to salvage them. Product choice and dose are questions for your veterinarian and the label, not for the syringe.
