At 60 cc you are carrying the whole dose in one barrel, which is efficient right up until the moment the needle parts company with the tip. That is the honest caveat on the slip version at this size, and it is worth stating plainly before anyone orders a carton of them. Used as intended, with free-flowing product, healthy stock and steady handling, it is quick and simple. The needle hub presses onto a plain taper and pulls off again with no threading, no collar and nothing to cross-thread when your hands are cold. If any of those conditions do not hold, the 60 cc luer lock is the version to specify. It is a polypropylene barrel with prominent moulded graduations and ISO dose volume accuracy, ethylene oxide sterilised and tamper-evident sealed. Twenty-five per box, the standard count for the largest size in the range. Single use only. Put it in a sharps container after one animal rather than trying to wash it out. Everything about dose, product and route sits with your veterinarian and the label on the container.
