The same conforming elastic gauze as the wider Fixino, but 8 cm across, a shade over 3 inches, with 4 m on each roll and twenty rolls to the box. Width changes what a bandage can do. Narrow gauze wraps a pastern, a lower leg, a calf's limb or a sheep's foot far more neatly than a wide roll, which wants to fold over on itself around a tight curve. Folds are where pressure points come from, and pressure points on a leg are a problem you created yourself. If you work small stock, or you find yourself bandaging below the fetlock often, this is the size to have on the shelf. Plenty of operations keep both widths in the cabinet and pick whichever suits the job in front of them. It stretches to conform, it holds a dressing without needing tape everywhere, and it comes off with a pair of bandage scissors instead of a fight. Store the box closed and dry, and put a roll or two in the truck kit. A cut leg at the far end of the pasture is not something you want to walk back from empty-handed.
