Storage Bins

An open feed bag in the barn is a mouse feeder. Pipestone Farm Supply lists four Tuff Stuff lidded storage bins for keeping grain, pellets, bird seed and dog food dry and closed: the 7 gallon feed and storage bin, sized for about a 25 lb bag, and the feed and seed bins in 12, 17 and 26 gallon sizes for larger bags or several feeds at once. Choose a bin by the bag you buy, keep it off a damp floor, and empty and wipe it out before refilling rather than pouring new feed on old.
