Details
Miracle-Gro Water Soluble Evergreen & Acid-Loving Plant Food is a powdered plant food made by Scotts Canada that is mixed with water, applied with a watering can or the Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder. Scotts lists the formula as 28-10-10. Package size: 500 g. What it is for, as Scotts describes it: evergreens and plants that grow in acidic soil, naming azalea, camellia, gardenia, hibiscus, holly and hydrangea, indoors or outdoors. How to use, from the manufacturer's directions: for indoor plants Scotts directs 2.5 mL (1/2 tsp, the small end of the enclosed scoop) per 4 L (1 gallon) of water every 2 weeks. For outdoor plants, 22 mL (1 1/2 tbsp, the large end of the scoop) per 6 L (1 1/2 gallons) of water in a watering can, applied every 7 to 14 days. With the Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder, empty the packet into the feeder, attach it to the hose and feed; Scotts says to refill when the powder is gone, even if the water in the jar is still slightly coloured. Storage and precautions are printed on the package; read them before use.
