Masterfeeds Rite-Lix Blueprint Breeder 18 Supplement Tub - 90.7 kg (200 lb)

Details

A self-fed, low-moisture supplement tub labelled for both beef cattle and horses. Masterfeeds formulates it to provide protein, energy, minerals and vitamins to complement a forage-based diet, ahead of the breeding season. The label shows 18% protein and 4% fat, with vitamins A, D3 and E. Masterfeeds lists 100% Bioplex trace minerals, 100% Sel-Plex selenium and Actigen. It contains no salt, so offer salt free choice. It does contain added copper, so it isn't for sheep or other species with a low tolerance to copper. The label says cattle and horses typically consume between 220 and 340 grams per head daily. Put out one tub per 20 to 30 head, with at least 2 per pasture. Don't feed alongside another feed that contains supplemental selenium. Full directions are on the label. For how many tubs to put out and how long one lasts, see our guide How Many Protein Tubs per Cow? Masterfeeds Rite-Lix and RiteMins Rates.
