Details
A high-protein mineral and vitamin supplement pellet that is mixed with ground grain to build a complete ration for growing and mature beef cattle. It contains 32% crude protein, of which up to 18% comes from urea (non-protein nitrogen), plus 9% calcium, 2% sodium and selenium. MEDICATED: contains Rumensin (monensin) at 440 mg/kg, which gives 22 mg/kg in the finished ration at the recommended mix rate, for coccidiosis prevention. Monensin can be fatal to horses and dogs. Do not feed to horses or other equines and store it where horses can't get into it. Because it contains urea, it is for cattle only and must never be fed on its own. Mix as directed on the feed tag (Masterfeeds' rate is 50 kg per tonne with ground grain, magnesium oxide and potassium chloride). Use care when feeding alongside silage or other feeds with added urea. Read the full label and medicating ingredient directions before use.
