A one-quart spray bottle built for barn chemicals rather than window cleaner. The body is translucent so you can see how much is left and roughly what it is, and the sprayer is designed with no O-ring, which removes the part that fails first on a cheap trigger. That detail is the reason to buy this one. Household sprayers give up when the O-ring swells or hardens from whatever has been run through them, and it always happens halfway down a row of horses on a hot day with the flies bad. No O-ring, nothing to swell. Miller rates it for insecticides, herbicides, disinfectants, cleaning products and most veterinary products, which covers nearly everything on a farm shelf. One caution from the manufacturer, and it is worth taking seriously: do not use it for multiple purposes without cleaning it thoroughly in between. Herbicide residue in a bottle you later fill with fly spray makes for a bad afternoon. The sensible approach is one bottle per job, labelled in marker, which is easy enough given they come in several colours. Store them empty and dry over freeze-up so nothing splits the trigger mechanism.
