Barrels do not usually fail suddenly. They go slowly cloudy, pick up a hairline scratch, start weeping past the seal, and one day you realise you are no longer confident in the dose. This is the 50 mL barrel and O-ring to bring a gun back rather than retire it. It fits the 50 mL Prima-Shot repeater syringe only. The 25 mL gun takes a different barrel and the two do not swap, so identify the gun before ordering. The 50 mL body sets from 0.5 mL to 5 mL, and the 25 mL body sets from 0.25 mL to 2.5 mL, and that dose range marked on the gun is the quickest way to tell them apart. Getting this wrong is the most common ordering error on these syringes. The O-ring is included, so the seal is renewed along with the barrel and the gun goes back to work as a known quantity rather than a partial repair. Fit it clean and dry, then prime the gun and check the delivered volume into something graduated before you trust it on stock. If the barrel is still clear and unmarked, an O-ring kit on its own is the cheaper fix.
