Small bone-shaped chews, 9cm long, with a raised nubbed surface instead of a smooth one. Like everything in the Mak's Patch line they are built on sweet potato flour and pea flour, with peanut butter, dried tomato and kelp among the flavourings. Meat-free, and no rawhide. The nubs give a dog something to work against rather than a slick surface for teeth to slide off, so the chew lasts a little longer than a plain shape of the same size would. Nine centimetres is a small-dog chew, or a short one for a bigger dog. If you have a large breed, look at the larger shapes in the range instead — a big dog gets through one of these in a hurry, and a chew that disappears in two bites is not doing much for anyone. Sold as a bulk box. Keep it closed and dry once opened; these hold their shape well but they pick up humidity the way anything starch-based does. Supervise the chewing and take the last small piece away.
