A hundred sterile number 21 blades for a number 4 handle. The 21 is a large curved blade with slightly more belly length than a 20, and that is essentially the whole difference between them. The extra length pays off on long incisions. More edge in contact with tissue means fewer strokes to open a given distance, and fewer strokes means a cleaner edge and a better heal. On mature cattle and horses that is noticeable. On small stock it is irrelevant, and you should be using the small blade range there anyway. The honest advice is to pick one large size and stay with it. The 20, 21, 22 and 24 all overlap, and most people who swear by one of them formed the preference doing one particular job. There is no reason to keep four open boxes on a shelf. At a hundred blades to the box, use a fresh one on every animal. A sharp blade cuts at almost no pressure; a used one drags, tears, and gives you a wound that takes longer to close. These fit a number 4 handle only. Mount and strip them with a needle driver or pliers, never fingers, and always pull the blade away from your hand. Used blades go in a sharps container. Restraint, clean prep and pain control matter more than blade choice, and anything past your training is a call to your veterinarian.
